tuko was born in Los Angeles, Ca to an immigrant mother from Belize and an African American father from Oklahoma City, Ok. tuko is the youngest of 4. After forming the trio Tha Boogie who caught the eye of Raphael Saadiq leading to his signing the group to his Velma Records imprint as well as being hand picked by Rolling Stone Magazine to compete to be on the cover, tuko is now embarking on his solo career with his new release The Masquerades Series.
